Fully charged battery, factory default settings, fixed watch face.
High-definition sleep monitoring, sleep breathing monitoring, and all-day stress and blood oxygen monitoring.
Heart rate monitoring is activated every 30 minutes.
Activate message reminders (100 messages, 10 calls, 3 alarms daily).
Activate the screen with an arm movement 200 times a day.
Manual measurement of blood oxygen saturation twice daily.
Record movement for 60 minutes per week.
Water resistance:
Classification: 5ATM (water resistant to 50 meters) according to GB/T 30106:2013, certified by TÜV SÜD (Report No.: 68.189.24.0135.01).
Usage: Suitable for swimming in pools, swimming near the beach, and shallow water activities.
Restrictions: Not suitable for hot bathing, hot springs, saunas, or high-speed water sports. Avoid strong water currents. Water resistance is not permanent and may decrease over time.
Health and Fitness Monitoring:
Sleep monitoring:
Comprehensive and improved monitoring of sleep stages (deep, light, REM).
Requires activating REM monitoring via the Mi Fitness app or watch.
The Sleep Animal feature analyzes sleep behavior based on sleep duration, stress, and exercise before bedtime.
Note: Sleep periods of less than 20 minutes may not be recorded.
Heart rate monitoring:
Improved measurement accuracy compared to Xiaomi Smart Band 8 (data from Xiaomi internal labs).
When smart monitoring is enabled, measurements are taken automatically every minute.
Blood oxygen monitoring (SpO₂):
When continuous monitoring is enabled, measurements are taken every 10 minutes while at rest.

Running Clip:
A new Xiaomi Running Clip (sold separately) tracks 13 metrics such as running speed, stride length, and ground contact time.
The watch face must be facing the user when installing to ensure data accuracy.
Not recommended for use with Xiaomi Smart Band 8 due to size differences.
