Terms and Conditions for In-Store Installment Sales

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using the installment service through Tabby, Tamara, and Emkan. By using this service, you agree to all of the following terms:


  • Eligibility requirements for installments

The service is available to customers who meet the service provider's conditions (Tabby, Tamara, or Emkan).

The customer must be a resident of Saudi Arabia and have a valid national ID or residency.

Some installment plans may require a minimum monthly income or good credit history.

It does not include card products, electronic vouchers for installment services, and some discounted products.



  • Installment payment options

The repayment period varies depending on the service provider, such as 4 interest-free installments with Tabby and Tamara or longer plans with Emkan.

The customer must choose the appropriate service provider before completing the purchase.

  • The customer shall bear the order cancellation fees when choosing any of the Tabby or Tamara installment plans if he does not want the product.

After completing the application, a fee of 2.5% of the application value will be charged.

  • Cancellation or return of the order will not be accepted if the customer completed the order using the Emkan payment plan in the event that he does not want the product according to Emkan Company’s policy of not being able to cancel or return after completing the order.
  • Tamara offers easy installments of 3, 4, 6, 9 and even 12 months, depending on the company’s evaluation of each customer.


  • General Provisions

The store reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions at any time, and customers will be notified when necessary.

All installment transactions are subject to the policies of Tabby, Tamara, and Emkan, and customers should review the terms and conditions of each service provider.

By using this service, you agree to comply with all applicable local laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
